Not content with its four current TV shows – Arrow, The Flash, Gotham and Constantine – it seems like Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment are keen to branch out furter with their small screen output.
Recently we’ve heard that live-action Supergirl and Static Shock shows are both in development, and now Bleeding Cool is reporting that a Superman prequel series entitled Krypton is in the works under David S. Goyer, whose recent DC credits include The Dark Knight Trilogy, Man of Steel, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Constantine.
No further details are available at present, but one would assume that – as with Warner Bros. and DC’s other TV shows – it would be kept seperate from the fledgling DC Cinematic Universe, rather than serving as a prequel to Man of Steel.
How do you feel about a Krypton show? Let us know your thoughts…
