On the red carpet at last night’s World Premiere of Exodus: Gods and Kings, Flickering Myth caught up with Canadian actor Andrew Tarbet, who plays Aaron in the movie, to talk to him about upcoming projects.
Being that he is starring alongside a superhero (Christian Bale) and a supervillain (Ben Kinglsey), we asked him if there was a superhero he’d like to play. His answer?
“That’s a great question, I should have prepared for that! And I’m going to fail as there are so many I love. You know what, anyone from Alpha Flight. Excpet Puck – because I’m Canadian. So, you’ve got to give credit to Marvel and Canada.”

Alpha Flight was one of the name Marvel trademarked earlier this year, so could it be a possibility for phase four?
“If Marvel want to call – I’ll do whatever they want,” Tarbet says.
Exodus: Gods and Kings is set for release on December 12th in the States and on Boxing Day in the UK. Featuring in the cast are Christian Bale (American Hustle), Joel Edgerton (Warrior), Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad), John Turturro (Transformers: Dark of the Moon), Ben Kingsley (Iron Man 3), Sigourney Weaver (Avatar), Emun Elliott (Prometheus), María Valverde (Cracks), Golshifteh Farahani (Body of Lies), and Indira Varma (Game of Thrones).
