Also announced today was that Bond will be driving the brand new Aston Martin DB10, continuing a 50 year relationship between Bond and Aston Martin.
But, importantly, we now have our cast for Spectre which includes the returning Daniel Craig as James Bond, Rory Kinnear as Tanner, Ben Whishaw as Q, Naomie Harris as Eve Moneypenny and Ralph Fiennes as M alongside newcomers Andrew Scott (Pride) as Denbigh, Lea Seydoux (Blue is the Warmest Colour) as Madeleine Swann, Dave Bautista (Guardians of the Galaxy) as Mr. Hinx, Monica Bellucci (The Sorcerer’s Apprentice) as Lucia Sciarra and Christoph Waltz in an unnamed role, which is thought to be Ernst Stavro Blofeld.
Update: It has also been revealed that Jesper Christensen will reprise the role of Mr White from Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace.
A cryptic message from Bond’s past sends him on a trail to uncover a sinister organisation. While M battles political forces to keep the secret service alive, Bond peels back the layers of deceit to reveal the terrible truth behind SPECTRE.
Production on Spectre begins on Monday 8th December and will see the cast film in London, Mexico City, Rome, Morocco and the Alps. Will this lead to another ski chase with British flag parachute? One can only hope. Or not…
