Sony Pictures is developing a feature film based upon the 2013 sci-fi short The Flying Man by animator and visual effects artist Marcus Alqueres, which tells the story of a vigilante superhero enacting justice as seen through the eyes of a man about to commit a crime.
The Flying Man will be produced by Scott Glassgold, who along with Alqueres packaged the project based upon the buzz surrounding the short, along with a spec script from Chris Collins (Star Wars: The Clone Wars). Check out the original short here…
