The long-gestating remake of cult classic 90s movie The Crow looks to finally be moving forward (again) as The Wrap are reporting that Relativity Media are making the remake its first post-bankruptcy project.
The movie looked to be all-but-done a couple of months ago as news came out that director Corin Hardy was going to be the fourth director to leave the project, but the outlet (who also reported that Hardy was leaving) are now saying that he’s signed a “holding deal” with the company, which confirms him as the new director for the remake. The Crow will begin production in March 2016.
The Crow is still looking for its Eric Draven, after original star Jack Huston dropped out back in June, but locking in Hardy as director is a good start.
