Between the introduction of a new Batman, a battle between The Dark Knight and Man of Steel, the first appearance of Wonder Woman, the whole Lex Luthor and Doomsday storyline, cameos from Aquaman and The Flash and a build to Justice League, Zack Snyder is certainly packing a lot into March’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.

Given everything that’s included, there’s been a lot of speculation as to Batman v Superman’s run time, with many expecting a near-three hour movie. However, according to a German cinema chain (via DC Comics Movie), the film is set to run for 2 hours and 31 minutes.
If true, that makes it eight minutes longer than Man of Steel, although it’s shorter than two of Batman’s previous outings in The Dark Knight (2 hours 32 minutes) and The Dark Knight Rises (2 hours 44 minutes).
