Keira Knightley and Kate Winslet in talks to join Will Smith in Collateral Beauty

February 11, 2016 by Gary Collinson

Keira Knightley and Kate Winslet are talks to join the cast of New Line’s upcoming drama Collateral Beauty, which is being headlined by Will Smith.

The film is being directed by David Frankel (The Devil Wears Prada) and will see Smith as a New York advertising exec who experiences a personal tragedy and retreats from life entirely, with his work colleagues devising an unconventional plan to help him recover.

Should Knightley and Winslet sign on to the project, they would join an impressive cast that includes Edward Norton, Helen Mirren, Naomie Harris and Michael Pena. The film will need all the star-power it can muster – it opens on December 16th opposite Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
