Warning: possible spoilers below…
It was confirmed a little while ago by Vin Diesel that the Guardians of the Galaxy will be appearing in Avengers: Infinity War as many had speculated, but we didn’t know just how much involvement they’d have considering the huge cast of characters. Well according to the chaps at Schmoes Know, one of them will be a “major player”.
The site is claiming that not all of the Guardians could feature in Avengers: Infinity War, with the rest of the crew joining in the fight for Avengers 4. However Star-Lord will be a part of the movie, and will be the first character from the group to interact with Earth’s Mightiest Heroes. The site is unsure if Star-Lord will be coming to Earth, or if The Avengers will be going into space, but Chris Pratt will have a big role in the film.
As always, this is just a rumour for the moment so take it with a pinch of salt. But with Star-Lord being one of the more popular characters in the MCU along with Pratt’s rising star, this could make a lot of sense.
