It looks like it may be the end of the road for NBC’s DC sitcom Powerless, with the network pulling the remaining three episodes of the single-camera comedy from its schedule.
It’s unclear if and when NBC will air the final three episodes, and at the time of writing there’s been no official word as to whether the show has been cancelled, but writer and executive producer Patrick Schumacker’s tweet sounds very ominous:
#Powerless will not air this week or next. This, I know for sure. I can guess some other things but they're not good. Thanks for watching.

UPDATE: It seems that NBC does plan to air the remaining episodes, although it’s unclear at this point where they will fit into the schedule.
Powerless revolves around the employees of Wayne Security, a Wayne Enterprises subsidiary specialising in products for ordinary people who find themselves defenceless bystanders in battles between superheroes and supervillains. Vanessa Hudgens leads a cast that also includes Danny Pudi, Christina Kirk, Rob Funches, Alan Tudyk and Jennie Pierson.
