Last month it was announced that creator Chris Carter and stars David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson are reuniting for an eleventh season of The X-Files, and now we have confirmation on the writing team.
TV Line is reporting that season ten writers Darin Morgan (Mulder & Scully Meet the Were-Monster), Glen Morgan (Home Again), James Wong (Founder’s Mutation) are all returning, along with former X-Files writers’ assistants Gabe Rotter and Benjamin Van Allen and Chris Carter’s assistant Brad Follmer. Chris Carter is also back, and expected to handle the season premiere and finale.
Season eleven of The X-Files is set to premiere on FOX midseason, and expected around January 2018.
