Yesterday it was reported that Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’s Darth Vader, actor Spencer Wilding, is set to appear in next year’s Han Solo Anthology movie (whether he’s playing the Dark Lord of the Sith or not remains a question), and now Ron Howard has revealed that another Star Wars alumnus is also set to appear in the spinoff.
Glad you are asking for one! I directed @WarwickADavis for the 1st time in 30 years today. It made me happy https://t.co/yW8E19MPCn

Howard posted the above in response to a question about the possibility of a sequel to Willow, which he directed for Lucasfilm back in 1988, with Davis in the lead role.
Davis’ casting shouldn’t really come as much of a surprise; since making his debut in Return of the Jedi, he has went on to appear in various roles in Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace, Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
