As production continues on Sony’s first Spider-Man spinoff Venom, Tom Hardy has taken to Twitter to share a behind-the-scenes photo showing him relaxing on set in Eddie Brock’s apartment. Check it out here…

While plot details for the movie are being kept tightly under wraps, it has been rumoured that the film is loosely adapting the Venom: Lethal Protector comic book arc, which sees Venom moving to San Francisco in an effort to give up his life of crime, only for the father of one of his past victims to send a group of mercenaries after him – leading to the creation of five new offspring of the symbiote in Scream, Phage, Riot, Lasher an Agony.
Venom is set for release on October 5th 2018, and sees Ruben Fleischer (Zombieland) directing a cast that includes Tom Hardy, Riz Ahmed, Michelle Williams, Jenny Slate, Reid Scott and Scott Haze.
