A few days ago it was reported that April Bowlby (Drop Dead Diva) has been cast as Rita Farr / Elasti-Girl in the upcoming Teen Titans TV series Titans, and now comes word that the show has found another member of the Doom Patrol.
According to Comic Book, Jake Michaels (Designated Survivor) will play Cliff Steele, a.k.a. Robotman, when the Doom Patrol make a guest appearance in the fifth episode of the new show.
A former racing car driver, Cliff Steele was involved in a horrific accident, with the mysterious Dr. Niles Caulder (Bruno Bichir) saving his life by transferring his brain into a powerful robotic body.

Titans sees Brenton Thwaites (Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales) leading the cast as Dick Grayson, alongside Teagan Croft (The Osiris Child) as Raven, Anna Diop (24: Legacy) as Starfire, Ryan Potter (Big Hero 6) as Beast Boy, Alan Ritchson (Smallville) as Hawk, Minka Kelly (Friday Night Lights) as Dove and Lindsey Gort (Lucifer) as Detective Amy Rohrbach. It is set to air on the new DC streaming service later in the year.
