Just a couple months away from the release of Mark Wahlberg and Peter Berg’s latest collaboration, Mile 22, the pair are already set to team up again for Netflix. Wahlberg and Berg will be working on Wonderland, an adaptation of Robert B. Parker’s detective series revolving around the private investigator Spenser.
Since Parker’s death in 2010, the books have been written by Ace Atkins who has taken over the series and wrote the Wonderland novel. Wonderland follows a man fresh out of prison who is sucked back into Boston’s underbelly while he uncovers the truth about a sensational murder. The script was written by Sean O’Keefe with Wahlberg starring and Berg directing.
