Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story star Jason Scott Lee has signed on to play the villain Bori Khan in Disney’s live-action remake of its animated film Mulan.
The actor has previously worked with Disney on its 1994 live-action The Jungle Book, where he played Mowgli, as well as lending his voice to 2002’s Lilo & Stitch.
Mulan is being directed by Niki Caro (The Zookeeper’s Wife) and stars Liu Yifeu (The Chinese Widow) as the title character alongside a cast that also includes Donnie Yen (Rogue One: A Star Wars Story), Chum Ehelepola (Sequestered), Yoson An (The Meg), Jet Li (The Expendables), Gong Li (Ana), Xana Tang (Filthy Rich), Utkarsh Ambudkar (Pitch Perfect) and Ron Yuan (Marco Polo).

Filming on Mulan is set to get underway in China and New Zealand in August, with the film scheduled for release on March 27th 2020.
