Elizabeth Olsen, who is set to star as the Scarlet Witch in new Disney+ show WandaVision, has revealed when filming starts and how long the first season will be.
Disney+ is certainly going to provide plenty of opportunities for the studio to tells stories that might not have otherwise appeared. This includes the Scarlet Witch/Vision TV series called WandaVision starring Paul Bettany and Elizabeth Olsen.
Reprising her role from past MCU films, Olsen has said the following to Variety about the series: “There’s quite a few other comic books that we’re pulling from and it’s gonna be Wanda and the Vision and I think at the Disney+ launch chat, they showed a photo of us in the ’50s, and I think that’s a good teaser. It’s gonna be really fun. I’m really excited.”
Olsen also revealed when the show starts shooting: “The fall. Paul [Bettany] and I are really excited. They have a great group of writers… I think it’s gonna be a total of six hours. I don’t know what the [episode lengths] are.”
