April 26, 2019 by Samuel Brace

Elizabeth Olsen, who is set to star as the Scarlet Witch in new Disney+ show WandaVision, has revealed when filming starts and how long the first season will be.

Reprising her role from past MCU films, Olsen has said the following to Variety about the series: “There’s quite a few other comic books that we’re pulling from and it’s gonna be Wanda and the Vision and I think at the Disney+ launch chat, they showed a photo of us in the ’50s, and I think that’s a good teaser. It’s gonna be really fun. I’m really excited.”

Olsen also revealed when the show starts shooting: “The fall. Paul [Bettany] and I are really excited. They have a great group of writers… I think it’s gonna be a total of six hours. I don’t know what the [episode lengths] are.”
