It may not be ready to confirm any castings or specific story details just yet, but during its Television Critics Association panel, Amazon has unveiled what may well be a first for any television series – a trailer which highlights the creative team for its hotly-anticipated small screen adaptation of J.R.R. Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings.

Bayona (Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom), Amazon has assembled an impressive “Fellowship” of talent whose credits include the likes of Boardwalk Empire, Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, The Sopranos, Stranger Things, Hannibal, Star Wars: The Last Jedi, and Toy Story 4.
