Marvel Television and Hulu have not only announced the first season of Marvel’s Helstrom will run for ten episodes, but they have also revealed the cast for the upcoming show.
As per Deadline, Marvel has announced the casting of the two titular siblings for the series, with Tom Austen (The Royals) playing Daimon Helstrom and Sydney Lemmon (Fear The Walking Dead) taking on the role of Ana Helstrom.
Additionally, the supporting cast has also been revealed including Elizabeth Marvel (Homeland) as Victoria Helstrom, Robert Wisdom (Ballers) as Caretaker, June Carryl (Mindhunter) as Dr Louise Hastings, Ariana Guerra (Raising Dion) as Gabriella Rosetti, and Alain Uy (The Passage) as Chris Yen.
The current synopsis for the show reads:
Daimon and Ana Helstrom are the son and daughter of a mysterious and powerful serial killer in Marvel’s Helstrom. The siblings have a complicated dynamic as they track down the worst of humanity—each with their attitude and skills.
Helstrom is expected to launch on Hulu in 2020. It was originally announced alongside a Ghost Rider series, although that has since been scrapped amid rumours that Marvel Studios could be looking to utilise the Spirit of Vengeance as part of their own MCU projects.
