With just one week to go before the launch of WarnerMedia’s streaming service, we are now getting a real look at the scope of HBO Max. The streamer is promising just over 600 films at launch, with the titles ranging from horror to family entertainment.
HBO Max will make its debut on May 27th and will bring title from Warner Bros. Pictures, DC Comics, Studio Ghibli, and Criterion Collection to its viewers. The service also includes licensed content from other studios such as the four main Alien movies and Nightmare on Elm Street. Rumors have even swirled that the infamous “Snyder Cut” of Justice League will end up on the platform as well.
