Deadline is reporting that Amazon has snapped up the rights to the Demi Moore-led erotic drama podcast Dirty Diana for a TV series adaptation.
Dirty Diana is created by Shana Feste (Run Sweetheart Run) and “explores how two partners can find their way back to each other through perseverance, connection, and sex.”
Feste is set to direct the series, which she is writing with her podcast collaborator Jennifer Besser, while Moore will reprise her lead role.
It’s unclear yet whether any of Moore’s co-stars – which includes the likes of Carmen Ejogo, Mackenzie Davis, Dayo Okeniyi, Betsy Brandt, Max Greenfield, Claes Bang and Penelope Ann Miller – will be back for the series.
The Dirty Diana podcast premiered last month, and has spent its time since as part of Apple’s Fiction Top 10.
Demi Moore was last seen on the small screen in the Peacock series Brave New World, and has recently wrapped filming on the Michael Bay-produced feature Songbird.
