Rian Johnson, the director of Star Wars: The Last Jedi, has thanked fans for their support on the film’s three year anniversary.
It has been three years since Star Wars: The Last Jedi hit theatres. Time sure does fly. The Rian Johnson film was the second entry in the sequel trilogy, later followed up by J.J. Abrams’ The Rise of Skywalker in 2019.
Rian Johnson can’t quite believe it’s been three years either and he has taken to Twitter to thanks Star Wars fan for their support and kinds words on this anniversary:
“I’ve said it before and I ain’t done saying it, Star Wars fans are the BEST. Thanks for sharing all the kind thoughts today, can’t believe it’s been 3 years. Love you guys.”
