During last year’s Disney Investor Day, Lucasfilm announced Star Wars: Rogue Squadron, a brand new Star Wars anthology movie from Wonder Woman director Patty Jenkins.
At the time, Jenkins revealed that a screenwriter was already on board and working on the script, and now it has been revealed by THR that the writer in question is Matthew Robinson, whose credits include The Invention of Lying, Dora and the Lost City of Gold and Love and Monsters.
Rogue Squadron becomes the latest high profile project for Robinson, who has also written the as-yet-unproduced Edge of Tomorrow sequel Live Die Repeat and Repeat as well as the upcoming Little Shop of Horrors remake.
