Writer and director Rian Johnson has taken to Twitter to confirm that production on Knives out 2 has wrapped filming in Greece after just one month as production officially began at the end of June. The filmmaker also clarified that the film is now halfway through its production schedule.

While plot and characters details for the Daniel Craig-led Knives Out 2 are currently being kept under wraps, we do know that two sequels to 2019’s Knives Out are currently in development at Netflix following a $400 million deal with the streaming service.
Knives out 2 will star Daniel Craig, who is reprising his Knives Out role as Benoit Blanc as well as newcomers Dave Bautista (Army of the Dead), Edward Norton (Motherless Brooklyn), Janelle Monáe (Hidden Figures), Kathryn Hahn (WandaVision), Leslie Odom Jr. (Hamilton), Kate Hudson (Almost Famous), Madelyn Cline (Outer Banks), Jessica Henwick (Iron Fist), and Ethan Hawke (First Reformed).
