With Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe in full swing, Marvel Studios has unveiled its upcoming TV slate for Disney+ as part of the streamer’s anniversary celebrations today – and it’s looking like a packed schedule over the next couple of years with several new projects announced today.
As well as dropping first look teasers for Moon Knight, She-Hulk and Ms. Marvel [watch them here], Marvel also unveiled updated/new logos for the previously announced Secret Invasion, Echo, Ironheart and Agatha: House of Harkness, an X-Men: The Animated Series revival entitled X-Men ’97, a Marvel Zombies animated series, and an in-canon Spider-Man: Freshman Year animated series, which follows Peter Parker on his way to becoming the MCU’s Spider-Man and promises “a style that celebrates the character’s early comic book roots.”
Here’s a look at Marvel’s current Disney+ slate as it stands, barring the as-yet-untitled Wakanda-based series from Ryan Coogler which is presumably on hold until after Black Panther: Wakanda Forever….
A pretty stacked slate, right? And of course, on top of that we’ve also got Marvel’s big screen offerings in Spider-Man: No Way Home, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Thor: Love and Thunder, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, The Marvels, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Fantastic Four, Blade, Deadpool 3…….
