With Venom: Let There Be Carnage now available on digital, producer Amy Pascal has provided a status update on the third instalment in the Sony Pictures/Marvel series.
In an interview with Collider, Pascal confirmed that the studio is currently working on Venom 3 but seemed guarded with providing any further details on the project, stating: “We are in the planning stages right now but what we are focused on is getting everybody to come and see No Way Home.”
Following the shocking post-credits scene of Venom: Let There Be Carnage and a successful run at the box office by grossing over $400 million worldwide (as of November 2021), it comes as no surprise that a third film is currently in early development at Sony/Marvel.
