Having accidentally leaked their plans to unveil the project in the run up to Star Wars Celebration, Disney and Lucasfilm made Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi official during the big fan convention this past weekend as it unveiled the upcoming animated anthology series from Dave Filoni.
The second of two new animated series announced at Celebration after the High Republic preschoolers series Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures, the six-episode series returns to the characters of the Prequel era with individual tales focussed on the likes of Qui-Gon Jinn (voiced once again by Liam Neeson, who only recently claimed he had no interest in featuringt in a Star Wars TV show…. *cough* Obi-Wan: Kenobi *cough*…), Count Dooku, and a baby Ahsoka Tano.
