Gotham Knights character trailer showcases Red Hood

August 11, 2022 by Andrew Newton

Warner Bros. Games’ latest trailer for the upcoming Gotham Knights features all-new gameplay and cutscenes of the short tempered vigilante Red Hood.  As an expert of both ranged and melee combat, the Red Hood  is committed to using non-lethal combat methods to protect a Gotham City that is without Batman.  Watch the new trailer below…

Jason Todd had a violent death but in true superhero fashion was resurrected (courtesy of the Lazarus Pit) and is now able to harness mystical powers that help him in battle and also allow him to fly through the air to travel around the city.  Since Batman died Red Hood has reconciled his differences with the Batman family and is now a member of the Gotham Knights.

Gotham Knights sees players step into the shoes of Batgirl, Nightwing, Red Hood and Robin as they rise up to defend Gotham from it’s notorious villains in the wake of Batman’s death.  Players will defeat these infamous villains in epic confrontations, solve mysteries that connect the darkest chapters of the city and tackle an array of challenges as they shoe the bad guys that the Batman family isn’t dead and gone.

Players will be able to jump into Gotham as one of the four heroes on Xbox Series X/S, Playstation 5 and PC on 25th October.  Players who pre-order the game will receive the 233 Kustom Batcycle Skin at launch, based on the vehicle’s first appearance in DC’s Detective Comics #233.
