Coming off the back of their most successful streaming debut of all time with Predator prequel Prey, Hulu will be hoping that their next revival of an 80s IP is just as well received, and so 20th Century Studios have summoned the first teaser for their reimagining of Clive Barker’s 1987 horror classic, Hellraiser.
It’s a trailer that’s hardly going to tear your soul apart with excitement, but the brief clip does at least give us a glimpse at Jamie Clayton’s new iteration of Pinhead, the most iconic of the Cenobites, and lets us know that the film will debut on October 7th; check out the clip here…

In “Hellraiser,” a young woman struggling with addiction comes into possession of an ancient puzzle box, unaware that its purpose is to summon the Cenobites, a group of sadistic supernatural beings from another dimension.
Directed by David Bruckner (The Ritual, The Nighthouse) from a screenplay written by Ben Collins and Luke Piotrowski, Hellraiser stars Odessa A’zion (Grand Army), Jamie Clayton (Sense8), Adam Faison (Yes Day), Drew Starkey (The Devil All the Time), Brandon Flynn (13 Reasons Why), Aoife Hinds (Normal People), Jason Liles (Rampage), Yinka Olorunnife (The Transporter), Selina Lo (Q8 Unleashed), Zachary Hing (Halo), Kit Clarke (Leonardo), with Goran Visnjic (The Boys) and Hiam Abbass (Succession).
