If the cast for Star Wars: The Acolyte wasn’t impressive enough already, it is being reported that Logan and His Dark Materials star Dafne Keen has joined the crew for Disney+’s upcoming live-action Star Wars series.
Production is currently underway in the United Kingdom on The Acolyte, which reportedly takes place approximately 100 years before the events of The Phantom Menace and has been described as a “mystery-thriller that will take the audience into a galaxy of shadowy secrets and emerging dark side powers in the final days of the High Republic era.”
According to The Hot Mic, who also broke the news of Harrison Ford’s casting as Thunderbolt Ross in Captain America 4, Dafne Keen is currently “wrapping up a deal” to join series lead Amandla Stenberg (The Hate U Give), Jodie Turner-Smith (Queen & Slim), Lee Jung-jae (Squid Game), Manny Jacinto (The Good Place) and Charlie Barnett (Russian Doll).
