According to THR, actor Domhnall Gleeson is in talks to join the upcoming crime drama The Kitchen, which is based upon the DC/Vertigo comic book series of the same name.
Directed by Andrea Berloff, screenwriter on Straight Outta Compton, The Kitchen takes place in 1970s New York and revolves around three mob wives who take over their husbands’ criminal enterprise in Hell’s Kitchen when the men are busted by the FBI.
Melissa McCarthy (Ghostbusters), Tiffany Haddish (Girls Trip) and Elisabeth Moss (The Handmaid’s Tale) are set to play the three wives, while the cast also includes Margo Martindale (The Americans), Bill Camp (Red Sparrow) and Brian D’Arcy James (13 Reasons Why).

Gleeson will next be seen in August’s The Little Stranger, which he describes as “a very unsettling psychological ghost story”, and he will also reprise his role as General Hux in Star Wars: Episode IX when cameras begin rolling later this year.
The Kitchen is slated to go into production in May and is set for release on September 20th, 2019.
