New behind-the-scenes video for Dolmen

May 4, 2018 by Andrew Newton

There’s less than a week to go of the Kickstarter for space horror action RPG, Dolmen and Massive Works Studio has revealed the final video in their ‘Behind the Scenes’ series.  This latest video chats with the developers to discover their thoughts on what it takes to create a game.  The new video can be seen below…

Before work on Dolmen started indie developer Massive Work Studio sat down with the desire to create a game that they could bring to life and call their own and as with all great games that all began with an idea.

“I don’t think there is a big game out there that wasn’t born from a crazy idea.” said producer Pedro Bastos.

Dolmen will take players to the inhospitable planet of Revion Prime where they are challenged to survive against the harsh elements and nightmarish monstrosities that call the planet home.  Described as being ‘Dark Souls meets Dead Space’, Dolmen will feature fast paced dynamic combat with a mix of melee and ranged attacks plus scavenging and crafting skills to develop.

Once the initial $90,000 funding goal has been achieved, Dolmen will be available on Xbox One, PS4 and PC in late 2019. If you want to contribute to Dolmen’s Kickstarter then visit here.
