Michael C. Hall joins Boyd Holbrook in In the Shadow of the Moon

June 17, 2018 by Gary Collinson

Back in February it was announced that Boyd Holbrook (Narcos, Logan) has signed on to headline In the Shadow of the Moon, a “genre-bending” thriller from director Jim Mickle (Hap and Leonard), and now comes word from Collider that Mickle’s Cold in July star Michael C. Hall (Dexter) has also joined the film.

According to the site, the film sees Holbrook as a police detective who becomes obsessed with a series of murders that appear to be beyond explanation. Hall is said to be portraying a fellow detective who also happens to be Holbrook’s brother-in-law.

Hall has recently been seen on the big screen in the likes of Mark Felt: The Man Who Brought Down the White House and Game Night, and has also worked with Netflix with a guest appearance in The Crown as President John F. Kennedy, along with a leading role in the drama series Safe.
