Back in January of this year it was rumoured that DC’s live-action Teen Titans series Titans would feature Trigon as its big bad, and now FandomWire is reporting that Seamus Dever (Castle) is portraying the demonic villain.
Dever was cast in the show earlier this year, and while his role was kept under wraps, speculation did suggest that he’d be playing a villain.
If you’re unfamiliar with Trigon, the character is an interdimensional demon and one of the most powerful beings in the DC Universe, who also happens to be the father of the Teen Titans member Raven (played by Teagan Croft).
It certainly wouldn’t be a surprise if Trigon does feature in the show, given that his connection to Raven was highlighted in her official character description where she was referenced as “the daughter of a demon”.
