Collider is reporting that Adam Pally (Happy Endings) and Neal McDonough (DC’s Legends of Tomorrow) have become the latest additions to the cast of Paramount Pictures big screen adaptation of the iconic SEGA video game Sonic the Hedgehog.
The live-action/CG-hybrid film is being directed by Jeff Fowler (Gopher Broke) and sees Sonic (voiced by Ben Schwartz) teaming up with James Marsden’s Tom Wachowski a cop in the small town of Green Hills, as they look to escape the government and thwart the plans of the evil Dr. Robotnik (Jim Carrey).
According to Collider, Pally is set to play a fellow cop alongside Marsden’s Wachowski, while McDonough’s role is being kept under wraps. Tika Sumpter (Ride Along) and Natasha Rothwell (Love, Simon).

Sonic the Hedgehog is set to race into cinemas on November 15th 2019.
