Peele is producing the new series alongside Simon Kinberg (X-Men: Dark Phoenix) and Marco Ramirez (Daredevil) and the show is slated to air on CBS’ streaming service in 2019.
The Twilight Zone was originally created by Rod Serling and ran for five seasons on CBS, delivering tales of sci-fi, horror and suspense. A feature film – directed by Steven Spielberg, George Miller, Joe Dante and John Landis – was released in 1983, followed by revival series in 1985 and 2002.
