Release date for The Liar Princess and the Blind Prince announced

November 13, 2018 by Andrew Newton

For those waiting for the western release of  Nippon Ichi’s The Liar Princess and the Blind Prince, NIS America have announced a launch date of 12th February 2019 on Playstation 4 and Nintendo Switch.  NIS America has also released a new gameplay trailer showing how beautiful the game looks.

In The Liar Princess and the Blind Prince players follow the story of a prince who has heard the beautiful singing of a lone wolf.  After finding the wolf he gets accidentally blinded and, feeling responsible, the wolf leads him on a journey to find a cure for his blindness.  The wolf is not what it appears to be and is actually a princess with the unusual ability to transform at will.

Players will need to guide the Prince through the dangerous forest and avoid the obstacles and traps they encounter as they progress.  To get past some obstacles will require the strength and agility of the wolf while some will require the brains and quick thinking that only the princess can provide.

The game features:

  • The ability to transform at will between wolf and princess and guide the blind prince towards a cure.
  • A variety of obstacles, some will require the wolf’s strength while others will call for the princess’s wit.
  • Collect the delicate petals along the way and paint a vivid story of friendship, love, and loss.

This tale of friendship and love arrives in time for Valentine’s Day 2019.
