HBO’s Watchmen adds Dustin Ingram in a key role

January 27, 2019 by Gary Collinson

Deadline is reporting that Dustin Ingram (Sun Records) has been cast in a key recurring role in Watchmen, the upcoming HBO adaptation of Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons’ iconic comic book series from writer-producer Damon Lindelof (Lost, The Leftovers). Details on his role are being kept under lock and key.

Watchmen will tell an original story set in the same universe as the comic book, and takes place in the present day. Specific plot details remain a mystery, but HBO has stated that the series will “embrace the nostalgia of the original groundbreaking graphic novel while attempting to break new ground of its own.”
