Despite the fact that the movie is only a couple of months out from its release, having unveiled both a teaser trailer and Super Bowl TV spot, we still know next to nothing about Marvel’s plans for its Avengers: Infinity War follow-up Avengers: Endgame.
Well, thanks to the Australian Disney website, we now have our first official synopsis for the hugely-anticipated sequel… and we still know next to nothing about it:

After the devastating events of Avengers: Infinity War, the universe is in ruins due to the efforts of the Mad Titan, Thanos. With the help of remaining allies, the Avengers must assemble once more in order to undo Thanos’ actions and restore order to the universe once and for all, no matter what consequences may be in store.
The synopsis gives very little away, although the comments about undoing Thanos’ actions certainly lend their support to the time travel theories (which, at this point, seems like a 100% certainty), while the final line “no matter what consequences may be in store” appear to hint that Earth’s Mightiest Heroes will have to pay a heavy price to succeed in their aims.
