Duke Nukem coming to Nintendo Switch with Rad Rodgers: Radical Edition

February 12, 2019 by Andrew Newton

Slipgate Studios’ homage to classic ’90s-era platformers, Rad Rodgers: Radical Edition, will be arriving on the Nintendo Switch on 26th February and brings with it plenty of all new content including fan favourite, big headed hero Duke Nukem.  You can meet Duke in the new trailer below…

Rad Rodgers: Radical Edition adds lots of new content including ’90s gaming icons Duke Nukem, Lo Wang from Shadow Warrior and Cosmo from Cosmo’s Cosmic Adventure, all of which are available to play as should players get bored of playing as Rad.  There’s also a new local co-op feature, a new versus mode, more levels, new abilities, minigames and more secrets, collectables and unlockables than you can shake a stick at.

“We love Rad, and we thought he deserved some awesome new friends to play with,” said Frederik Schreiber, co-owner of 3D Realms. “With new levels, weapons, couch co-op and a versus mode, I think our fans may have a hard time putting this game down.”

Rad Rodgers: Radical Edition will be available for the Nintendo Switch on 26th February.  A free content update with these new features will also arrive on Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC on the same date. Want to hail to the King? Then come over and chat to us on Twitter @FMyth_Gaming.
