Deadline is reporting that music star Cardi B is set to make her feature acting debut in STX Films’ stripper revenge movie Hustlers, joining the cast of the film alongside Lili Reinhart (Riverdale), Keke Palmer (Scream Queens), and Julia Stiles (Silver Linings Playbook).
The new additions join the previously announced Jennifer Lopez (Second Act), Constance Wu (Crazy Rich Asians) and Mercedes Ruehl (The Fisher King), while Trace Lysette (Transparent) and Mette Towley (Cats) are also in talks for the film.
Hustlers is being written and directed by Lorene Scafaria (The Meddler) and “follows a crew of savvy former strip club employees who band together to turn the tables on their Wall Street clients.”
