Darkest Hunters coming to Nintendo Switch

April 26, 2019 by Andrew Newton

Ultimate Games has announced that they will be bringing their popular PC game, Darkest Hunters, to the Nintendo Switch on 29th April in North America and 2nd May in Europe.  Darkest Hunters provides players with a blend of puzzle and RPG elements as they set out on a quest to hunt down evil creatures.

In Darkest Hunters players take the role of a hunter and are tasked with missions to hunt down and slay every dangerous and evil creature they come across.  Players can choose from one of several different characters which they can upgrade and develop with experience points as they progress through a total of 5 different lands.  There’s a variety of weapons for hunters to use in the hunt and different types of armour to ensure survival.

Darkest Hunters features:

  • Dynamic gameplay.
  • 5 lands filled with dozens of missions.
  • Logical-tactical challenges.
  • Lovingly drawn pixel art graphics.
  • Simple controls.
  • Several different characters to choose from.
  • More than 250 different weapons, armour and equipment.

“Darkest Hunters is a logic-tactical game featuring simple control. Mastering the basic principles takes a few moments, but the game offers a lot of interesting tactical possibilities. In order to succeed, the tactics must often be adapted to the type of enemy” says the CEO of Ultimate Games S.A., Mateusz Zawadzki.

Look out for Darkest Hunters arriving on the Nintendo eShop next week.
