Fresh from the news that he’s set to play a rowdy Santa Claus in Fatman, Mel Gibson has now added another project to his slate with Deadline reporting that he’ll be starring alongside Kate Bosworth in Force of Nature.

The action film will see Gibson as a stubborn retired police detective who has to protect the residents of a building during a hurricane evacuation when violent criminals turn up to pull off a mysterious heist.
