Chris Hemsworth would “love” to continue playing Thor, saying that he feels “energised” to keep going.
Now that Avengers: Endgame has come, the MCU is starting to look very different, with some key characters (and actors) stepping aside. But Thor actor, Chris Hemsworth, isn’t planning on going anywhere.
Speaking to Variety in a recent interview, the actor discussed his love for the role and says that he has every intention to continue playing the part, no matter in what fashion that might be: “I’d still love to do more, to be honest. And I don’t know what the plan is. I feel like we’ve opened up such a different character. I feel more energized for the possibility of where it could go.”

Thor has certainly changed over the years and this does feel like an exciting new chapter for the character, with lots of possibilities ahead. Perhaps we will see him in Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 3?
