Streaming service Netflix has taken to Twitter to announce that it has renewed the Tim Miller (Deadpool) and David Fincher (The Social Network) produced animated anthology series Love, Death & Robots for a second season.

As you can see from the tweet, Netflix has also enlisted the Oscar-nominated Jennifer Yuh Nelson to serve as supervising director. Nelson’s credits include Kung Fu Panda and its two sequels, as well as the live-action feature The Darkest Minds.
Love, Death & Robots is a collection of shorts spanning science fiction, fantasy, horror and comedy and incorporating a range of animation styles from traditional hand-drawn to 3D CGI. The first season is available to stream now on Netflix.
