Ashes of Oahu releases on Steam Early Access

Those among you wanting an Hawaiian adventure will be pleased to hear that Wyrmbite Studios’ open-world post apocalypse action game, Ashes of Oahu, is now available on Steam.  After a successful beta, players are now able to take on numerous enemies and save the world.  Watch the game’s launch trailer below…

Inspired by native Hawaiian stories, traditions and beliefs combined with a variety of fictitious ghosts, raiders and Hawaiian gods, Ashes of Oahu will see players journey around the island of Hawaii through an epic, post apocalyptic storyline to save their son, the island and the world.

By working with the surviving factions on the island (optional) and by tapping into the powers of the Spirit World, players will liberate the Hawaiian island of Oahu from the army that occupies it.

Ashes of Oahu features:

  • Four different factions to work with or destroy.
  • More than 75,000 lines of dialogue create a massive and engaging narrative.
  • Choices matter and can lead to any one of over 100 different endings.
  • Guns gain new powers thanks to the Magical Weapon Mod System.
  • Over 50 unlockable skills and abilities.
  • Items to craft from Hawaiian resources.
  • Explore 25 sq/km of beautiful locations throughout Oahu, Hawaii.
