Last month it was announced that Happy Death Day director Christopher Landon is set to reunite with Jason Blum’s Blumhouse Productions on a new original project, and now we’ve got our first casting news courtesy of Deadline.
According to the trade, Vince Vaughn (Dragged Across Concrete) and Kathryn Hahn (Bad Moms) have signed on to star in the film, which will revolve around a high school girl who swaps bodies with a deranged serial killer and learns she has less than 24 hours before the change becomes permanent.

The as-yet-untitled thriller marks the latest collaboration between Blumhouse and Landon, where his credits include the scripts for Disturbia and Paranormal Activity 2, Paranormal Activity 3 and Paranormal Activity 4, as well as writing and directing Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones, Happy Death Day and Happy Death Day 2U.
