Fresh from his 21st century TV revival, The Tracking Board is reporting that Danger Mouse is heading to the big screen, with an animated feature film in development from StudioCanal, Sony Pictures Animation, Original Film and Fremantle Media.
The site reports that Neal Mortiz and Toby Ascher will produce the film, with sources suggesting that “the movie will offer clues to the origins of the world’s greatest secret agent–an agent so secret that his codename has a codename–and who just so happens to be a mouse living underneath MI6 headquarters.”
Originally running between 1981 and 1992, Danger Mouse returned to the small screen last month with the launch of a new animated series from CBBC.
