Deadline is reporting that Dane DeHaan (A Cure for Wellness, Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets) has become the latest addition to the cast of the TV adaptation of Stephen King’s Lisey’s Story.
Described as “a deeply personal thriller”, Lisey’s Story stars Julianne Moore (Gloria Bell) as Lisey, a woman who is forces to confront repressed realities about her late husband Scott, played by Clive Owen (Gemini Man). Joan Allen (Room) also stars.
Pablo Larrain (Jackie) is set to direct the miniseries, with King scripting every episode, as well as executive producing with J.J. Abrams’ Bad Robot.
DeHaan will next be seen in Amazon Studios’ TV series ZeroZeroZero alongside Andrea Riseborough, and also has the Quibi series The Stranger on his upcoming slate.
