Daisy Ridley, one of the stars of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, was moved to tears after seeing the film.
The final film in the Skywalker saga is virtually upon us and it promises to be a pretty epic affair. It also sounds like it could be quite moving, especially for those who are very connected to the movies.
Daisy Ridley has starred in all three films of the sequel trilogy and seeing Episode IX for herself, it appears to have been too much for her to handle. Speaking to ET, the actress said:
“We all sort of sat around a bit stunned. And then I was trying to scurry off into the car to cry and [producer] Michelle Rejwan and [screenwriter] Chris Terrio were like, ‘No, go on.’ I was like, ‘I don’t want to cry in front of you! I just want to get in the car.'”

This has certainly been a period in her life that she will never forget and hopefully, Episode IX will prove to be just as memorable for the rest of us.
