Ahead of its US release this Friday, a tense clip has arrived online from writer-director Ben Wheatley’s low-budget horror In the Earth featuring Joel Fry and Reece Shearsmith; watch it here, courtesy of Bloody Disgusting…

As the world searches for a cure to a disastrous virus, a scientist and park scout venture deep in the forest for a routine equipment run. Through the night, their journey becomes a terrifying voyage through the heart of darkness, the forest coming to life around them.

In the Earth is set for release on April 16th in the US and on June 18th in the UK.
